My guest today is very special. We connected, I want to say three or four years ago,

at a rock climbing retreat in New Hampshire. I watched the movie The Oscar Winning movie Free Solo

where Alex Honold was the first person in history to climb El Capitan without a rope with

absolutely nothing just his own arms and legs and his own courage and

Sarnie in the documentary was his girlfriend, now wife and mother of his lovely daughter June,

who is six months. And as I observed that documentary I was amazed by her

authenticity, her courage to be with someone who does such dangerous things and the way that she is just true to herself.

I started following her on Instagram and when she announced a retreat for her incredible company outwild. I went with one of my closest friends and

we had such an incredible experience together doing yoga, rock climbing, hiking, stuff there is very unnaturally. doing it

outdoorsy together. I realize now that having been in my life

doing it outdoorsy together.

I realize now that having been in New York,

almost living in New York for 10 years, I was really

creating a change and more nature in my life. Maybe you feel that way too. So I connected

with Sani in Parson and have since gone to two more out wild events.

And I've always been so, I found her personality so refreshing,

she's so honest, she's mature beyond her years.
