1:01.1	simply it's standard issue fear right when we feel unable to make a
1:06.1	decision when we're like I don't know I'm not sure I need more time we're often just completely avoiding failure, avoiding taking a risk,
1:17.0	and we're avoiding practicing and using our courage.
1:21.0	Nothing is helpful about that. Nothing is going to make you expand because of that. That's a very shrunk energy. We know that we can't shrink to greatness here okay in life we cannot
1:33.4	shrinking does not work it is no good so indecision shows up a lot I don't know
1:39.4	is this is this the right path or is that the right path is this the right
1:42.3	person is that the right person is this the right path or is that the right path? Is this the right apartment or is that the right apartment?
1:46.1	I mean, it's endless. We have to make decisions as human beings because we're blessed with options.
1:51.3	Truly, it's a blessing to have options and indecision can keep us
1:54.7	feeling safe but it's a trick because inaction is also action. Meaning if you choose to not change your job, it means that you are choosing to stay where you are.
2:08.0	If you're not selecting a new partner today or deciding to go on the dating scene, you're choosing to stay single.
2:16.0	If you're not making moves in your career, you're choosing to keep earning the same amount of money that you currently are.
