Personally, I don't consider myself a feminist anymore.

There are many women in my life, sisters, cousins, friends who consider themselves

feminists and I respect them and I think they have great reasons for that.

But personally, I don't consider myself that anymore and when I

walked away from that I found a freedom I found a sense of empowerment through the

Lord and through who he says that I am that I had never experienced before in

feminism and I realized that I didn't need an ideology I didn't need a label or a

movement in order to have empowerment because that had already been given to me at the beginning of time through the Lord.

And I realized that he cared about these issues that I was going through and he cared about the

real injustice in the health care system.

And the Lord doesn't have an ulterior motive.

He doesn't have like some financial gain he's getting out of it. He just loves us and he wants us as women to know who we are because he loves us.
