And so my shameless, what's the word I'm looking for? My shameless admission here is I was looking for an edgy name and that sounded pretty edgy. So it's not that people have lied to us

per se. It's that the people that taught us how to do what we do in our mortgage

business, they taught us how they were taught. And frankly, it's not their fault, but it may not

have been the best way. So it's not that they lied to us per se, but it's not the truth. But they

training that I received as a loan officer and as a branch manager and most of you listening,

some of the things you've been taught have not been true, which makes it a lie, but they believed

it was true. So I'm not trying to bash anybody that

trained us, right? We're very grateful of those people to help train us. Right. But they told us some

things that actually hurt us not help us. And so that's what we're going to be talking about
