Summary
After over a year since the pandemic started, we see many places in the world slowly going back to normalcy. Here in America, kids are going back to school, wearing masks outside is no longer mandatory, businesses are opening, and you can enjoy meals in restaurants again. Hopefully, it won't be long until COVID turns into a bitter memory of human history and stops being part of our present.
People suffered invaluable losses; they lost relatives and loved ones, and they also lost their jobs and significant portions of their income.
In this episode, I've decided to take a step back and look at the things this pandemic has taught us. There's no doubt that the negative effects of the disease have been devastating, but I also believe that it is possible to have a positive outcome.
Tune in to Episode 87 of Rejuvenaging, and let's walk together through the things I believe this pandemic has taught us.
In This Episode, You Will Learn:
- The importance of keeping our body and our mind healthy and diminishing the chances of getting pre-existent conditions (3:59)
- How crucial it is for our professional and personal life to manage self-discipline (5:36)
- The role of social connection in our lives, and how vital it is to learn to enjoy our loneliness (7:11)
- Reinforcing our trust in science (9:06)
- Giving value and being grateful for the good in people and those who made this pandemic easier for those staying at home (10:01)
