| 0:00.0 | So several years ago, my, I found out my dad was going to die, and I immediately started writing a letter to him, |
| 0:21.6 | but I thought we had, I had time to write it, |
| 0:25.6 | thought I had time to ponder on it. |
| 0:28.6 | And then we got the news from the doctor |
| 0:33.6 | that our miracle territory hopes weren't going to be reality. |
| 0:40.3 | That in fact, I, uh, the unthinkable was going to be happening. |
| 0:51.3 | And so I started writing a little bit more fervently, |
| 1:01.2 | thinking I had another several weeks to work on this. |
| 1:06.0 | And then he took a turn for the worst, got the call. |
| 1:11.6 | He was literally just losing the ability to speak and be coherent. He was slipping away from life. |
| 1:14.6 | And all of a sudden I realized I have to finish this letter right now. |
| 1:19.6 | If I don't finish it right now, I might never get to read it to him. |
| 1:23.6 | But he started to go downhill so fast, I realized they said, he's gonna need to read it now. |
| 1:30.3 | So I rushed home. |
| 1:32.3 | And I wanted to finish this letter. |
| 1:37.3 | And so I sat down and just started riding from the heart. |
| 1:46.0 | I said, just let it out. Don't filter. |
| 1:49.0 | Say what you mean, mean what you say. |
| 1:52.0 | This may be your only chance. |
| 1:55.0 | This might be the last chance. |

| 2:06.5 | It was my last chance. |
