Hey, hey, hey, everybody. This is Rob Leifeld. We are back with another edition of Robeservations.

Robeservations where we go out of our way to talk comics and pop culture and examine all of it as best we can.

Mostly from my point of view, since I a kid. Hence, the moniker,

Rob Zervations. I've been doing this as a comic fan, 74, 75. Yes, 1974, 1975. It is,

it is further in the rearview mirror every time I get on the mic with you guys.

But we love discussing comics that I have been pulling off the spinner racks and the shelves

for all these years that kind of really made my life, marked out my career path.

They gave me a sense of purpose.

They enlightened me, excited me. Like so many of

you who read comics and were energized by them and either pursued them as a collector,

as a consumer, became part of the industry in some capacity. The same happened to me. Maybe you

sell comics. Maybe you have a comic store. Maybe you edit comics. Maybe you sell comics. Maybe you have a comic store.

Maybe you edit comics.

Maybe you publish comics.

Maybe you make the comics.

All of us are united by this energy. And now with comic books becoming giant,

gabillion dollar franchises,

yes, I said gabillion.

Sounds like a good word.

But these new machines of commerce that they have become to an entire generation and toys and knickknacks and chachis and every part of our community and our society and our culture.

There's comic books and comic characters and superheroes.

And so we love to deep dive here. And for 20 episodes, I have taken you back to my child that I have relived the excitement of so many of the visionary talents that I love, the storylines, the epic crossovers, the events that marked
