So I know I've done a bunch of podcasts.

I have done the solo regularly for the last three weeks, but I've been traveling so much and

doing solos in strange places during strange times just doesn't feel

normal and doing them here in my home office. I just feel like I'm back for

the first time. So the problem is also my wife came

down with COVID. I don't think I have it or I didn't think I have it. I'm not super worried if I get

it. She's feeling better this this morning but I'm starting to

get the sniffles and so I'm a little nervous just because I don't really have

time to get it even though at this point I've had it a couple times,

I've been vaccinated a couple times,

I don't really worry about it

being anything worse than a bad cold or anything.

But I do not deal with colds well.

I am a strong believer in the man cold theory or the man cold hypothesis which is just simply that women suffer less

from colds than men do I'm also open to the possibility that men are just bigger babies

than women are, so I can do this as an anti-seminist or a feminist thing or a non-feminist

thing. It is definitely true that women have backup systems for their

immune systems that just make them different. It's one of the reasons why

women suffer wildly disproportionately from autoimmune diseases. of the
