Dr. Mercola helping you take control of your health and today we have a bit of an unusual guess.

Some of you may recognize him is Gary Vanderchuck.

And Gary is unusual in that he was not born in this country.

He was born in Belarus, which is a country, if you are not aware, is in Eastern Europe.

It borders Russia and Ukraine and it reminds me of the time I spent last century, the last part of last century was family practice in Chicago and my favorite, favorite patients were from Eastern Europe.

Why? Because they knew health. they knew natural medicine.

I didn't have to argue with them.

They really understood that.

And they brought deep family spiritual values to their family,

which is an anomaly. I mean it's certainly not rare, but it's certainly not common in the U.S. at least in my experience, due to a whole variety of social constructs that have happened.

So, and I think that plays a big role in why Gary's been so successful in what he's done.

And I'll tell you what he's done, and if you don't, I'm not aware of him. But and that's really what I wanted to explore because I've heard him on a few other

podcasts and I was just so intrigued that he was so tuned in to this aspect of reality.

And as I said, I think it's a really strong reason why he's so successful.
