Hey guys, it's Kathy Heller podcast. I hope that you had a good

weekend if you were celebrating Thanksgiving if you are just spending time with family

it was really nice to just be.

Normally we have travel plans and it's so nice to not have a lot of plans.

It was my daughter's 12th birthday, I cannot believe that means I've been a mom for 12 years and I have a 12 year old.

And we took advantage of just being in nature.

We did a hike, we went to the ocean, we saw some friends, we did the kinds of things locally that we don't always make sure to do. So that was really nice. And my heart has been so heavy just with the absolute

sadness that's going on around the world. And I've been just trying to use the tools I have, you know, meditation. I have a practice now. It's like 90

seconds I add it to my meditation practice every day. I basically ask myself how do I want to feel and what

would it feel like to feel ease what would it feel like to feel gratitude and I

just see what that feels like for 90 seconds and set the intention and select that feeling that I want to feel for the rest of the day.

So, highly recommend that.

Also, I wanted to ask you guys what you think in terms of this podcast and the name of this

curious what you think about the name of this podcast it started out being called

don't keep your day job to me day job was always synonymous with something that doesn't really light you up and the idea of not

keeping it was about being in alignment and over the years it sort of seemed like the

podcast just took on a greater scope and we started

delving into all these beautiful topics.
