engaging interview I did with a man named Noah Elkrieff, who I have learned from for a while myself and was very excited to have him on the show and just learned even more in my conversation with him.

So I'm very excited to share that with you because what we really dive into and spend a lot of time focusing on is this way that we can

struggle with feeling like we're inadequate, not good enough, not worthy, not quite there

yet, too small, not haven't arrived, whatever the language you use for it, it's this sense

of that we're not okay or complete. And how much we can

be trying to run from that feeling, how much we can be striving to overcome that feeling,

how much we can not do what we want to do or put ourselves out there because we think, hey,

I'm not worthy anyway. It can just really affect us in every area of life. And when it comes to

confidence, I mean, oftentimes we're dealing with a lot of that feeling. And then even

sometimes our pursuit to become more confident is about proving something and getting there.
