So something that is really intriguing to me about you and you probably get this all the time, but your previous career before the business that you had. And I'm just curious, like,

if you could tell us a little bit about that and if you had your

own eventual U-turn, which I know is the title of your book, but yeah, what was that like going

into this? I'll let you describe it, but then making this total shift into a different career.

Yeah. I mean, first of all, I think like so many people, I went to college and I know a lot of people

didn't. And I think that's something that's going to change in the wake of the pandemic,

like people who are interested in going to college. But having gone there, I felt that usual

pressure of like knowing who you are enough to make a career decision and lock into a major. And

I was very much operating out of the story that your major dictates your career.

And it wasn't until later that I realized, like, your career, your degree, your experience,

it's all here to serve you.

You're not here to serve it.

And so for me in college, I remember this moment going to career services where I said,

I don't know what I'm going to major
