Happy New Year. It is a frosty start to 2026 here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Temperature hovering right around freezing and there is abundant frost, including frost on the windshield and windows of our vehicle.

And it's a good thing it's going to be sunny today because if we need to use the car,

that sunshine will act as our ice scraper.

joys that I experience almost every day when I get out and take the walk. Joy number one. This walk helps me to

manage anxiety, stress, if I'm feeling really any kind of negative emotion,

anger, frustration, grief, walking is a way to feel better. This movement actually lowers
