We opened the show with Todd Spitzer, the Orange County District Attorney, because we've got another deceitful, destructive attempt by Gavin Newsom with a proposition on the ballot in November that they are working on, and they should have it

fully cooked by tomorrow night. You know that there's a proposition that would greatly rewrite

Prop 47 that's already committed to the ballot in November. It was pushed by the California District

Attorneys Association and the three parts to it makes stealing things, retail theft, a crime

again, makes drug use a crime again. But if you go to treatment, you won't go to jail.

And it also starts dealing with and creating felonies for fentanyl dealing.

And the first two, the theft and the drug laws, well, it would restore laws that we had, similar laws that we had before Prop 47 in 2014.

The fentanyl issue is something new, but the legislature has done nothing to address fentanyl,

even though you have so many young people dying of it.

So it's a good package, and we help to get the signatures together and we want you to vote on it.

Newsom, of course, and the Democratic legislature, this violates their sick religious belief that people should never go to prison.

They should be allowed to steal. They should allowed to use drugs in public and become homeless.

I mean, most of the drug use leads to homelessness that you see in the street.

And most of the theft comes from homelessness as well.

And then you have the organized smash and grab, retail thefts.

I mean, it's a terrible mess in the streets.

Much of it brought by Prop 47.

If you go back 10 years ago, we didn't have these kind of thefts.

We didn't have these kinds of drug issues.

We didn't have homelessness.

Mental patients and drug addicts.
