0:22.6	The California legislature is going to be approving an initiative on the ballot
0:29.6	to go after retail theft and fentanyl dealers.
0:32.6	Does that sound familiar?
0:34.6	The repeal of Prop 47, or much of Prop 47, already made the ballot
0:42.8	last week. This is the one pushed by the California District Attorney's Association.
0:49.6	Now there's a second one to repeal parts of Prop 47 or change it. And this is coming from
0:58.6	the governor and other Democratic leaders in the legislature. Oh, I'm sure we can trust this
1:05.1	one. So obviously what they want to do is compete and confuse the issue.
