But you know what?

I'm going to tell you guys the same thing I told our, my my super super cool guest that I've gone on today.

I've done literally hundreds of these episodes.

And I've recorded all kinds of people and some awesome,

awesome people.

This is the first time I've ever been nervous recording one of these.

Yeah, like I said, you tell that to all the cute girls.

Yeah.

So I'm interviewing a very, very long time, very dear friend of mine, Brian Stevens of the National Real Estate Post, and Brian and I have been

dear, dear friends from both of our very, very humble beginnings. And I can honestly say,

Brian, it's a very small list. And in fact, I can only think of like one or two others that have impacted my entire career

as much as yours.

And one of them is your long time partner, a business partner, Frank Gray.

So you and Frank Gray, and man, there might not be, other than Tammy and Diane, who've been

my business partners from the beginning.

As far as like influenced me in the in the mortgage industry both on the mortgage side and on my side and

the training side man i don't know if anybody has influenced me more than you two guys including

helping me out when in my very humble beginnings and you guys are just like the coolest people ever.

And sometimes when I talk about you guys, I truly get emotional thinking about, you know,

the amazing journey that we've been on. And Brian, I have to tell you, I don't even want to

think what my journey would look like had you not been a part of it. And so the reason of my nervousness is most of the time I feel like I command
