The grounds of the sanatorium cover 200 acres and the buildings on the property

covered more than 120,000 square feet. He bought the sanatorium without ever even considering the possibility of

paranormal activity. The sanatorium has had some very dark and tragic events happen on

its grounds and many say it's one of the most haunted places they've ever investigated.

Despite his background in science and being a self-proclaimed skeptic, Greg, now owns more than one paranormal property.

He also owns the historic Stark Saloon and runs Billy Creek Village to other locations in Indiana that are both said to be quite active.

I have, I guess, I would say, an eclectic background

of things that I do.

I train civil engineers. that I do, trained civil engineer, computer programmer, was at an employee-owned

defense company, did very well there. My family's been very supportive and I'm not, we're not poor and we're not like Bill Gates wealthy, but I never worried where my next pizza was coming from growing up and I have also

helped found a medieval combat society where I get together with my closest 5,000 friends and beat
