Summary

This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE!

Gregg Larson’s background is in science and engineering. NOT the paranormal. While looking for property to use for large-scale medieval events, his real estate agent showed him a unique property – the abandoned Indiana State Sanatorium. The sanatorium grounds cover 200 acres, and the buildings on the property cover more than 120,000 square feet. He bought the sanatorium without ever even considering the possibility of paranormal activity. The sanatorium has had some very dark and tragic events happen on its grounds, and many say it’s one of the most haunted places they’ve ever investigated.

Despite his background in science and being a self-proclaimed skeptic, Gregg now has more than one paranormal property. He also owns the Historic Stark Saloon and runs Billie Creek Village, two other locations in Indiana that are said to be quite active.

This is Part One of our conversation about the Indiana State Sanatorium and how a skeptic ended up owning paranormal properties with owner Gregg Larson.
