Second of all, I hope your week's been going well.

Third, I hope you're sitting comfortably.

And fourth, I don't mean any of that.

Because you should by now be in your stress position.

This week's stress position is also known as what, Joe? The violet butterfly. The violet butterfly. Oh, the card, she's horrible. It's a horrible one. You're in it now,

Steve. Yeah, Christ. And your arms are behind your back up around, what's that, 45 degrees. And it's really hard on the shoulders, isn't it? On the shoulders, but also, I think I'm getting a hernia. Yeah. But you said to me that the hernia is a nugget of dedication. Yeah, it's job well done pain. Yeah, job well done pain. Yeah. Oh, here it comes. Yeah. Oh, I'm going to pass it in a minute. Well, you've only got. That's horrible, and you don't pass hernias. That's not how it works. If you're passing a hernia, you're doing it wrong. No, but you know what? The pain is good. Good. It makes me feel alive. Well, that's what we strive for here on the important broadcast,
