My 10-minute walk today is happening in pretty high humidity.

0:12.0

It tends to be humid here in South Carolina, certainly spring, summer, even into the fall.

0:19.0

Winter, not so much much but the temperatures are still

0:22.8

very warm the humidity today is very high it's going to sound like too much

personal information but this is going to be a multi-shower day it's one of the

things that Ava and I joke about as we go through the day particularly

0:36.1

during the summer,

0:38.3

when the weather is warmer and hotter, and even now into September, it's still up there.

1:30.6

C&O canal and feeling 30 years old, I'm also feeling, hey, I'm an adult. And I don't know what it was,

1:40.2

why I didn't feel like an adult before. I mean, I was married. I was a homeowner. I was a father.

1:47.0

A full-time job. But turning 30 is when I felt like an adult. But that was a fun day.

1:54.9

It was a fun memory. It was a fun walk. But it was also an easy walk. We went north in one direction, and then when we were ready to head back, we turned around and came back.

2:07.7

Not complicated at all.

2:10.0

Straight in one direction, stop, turn around, straight back, and our car was waiting in a parking lot.

2:17.3

I have wondered recently, pondered how this iPhone in my pocket with the map and the GPS has changed walking as a fitness activity.
