And what I wanted to talk about today came from a group that we just ran.

I just ran this morning, actually, at Ignited in our hero program. But it was a share that one just ran. I just ran this morning actually at Ignited in our Hero program,

but it was a share that one of the women, I'm obviously going to share her name, but a share

that one of the women in the program had that really caught my attention in terms of the

relationship between codependency and alcohol problems. Now, most of you've probably heard one or the other

mentioned, but normally we think of these as, you know, people who have codependency issues

in terms of the relationship they have to others with alcohol issues. But what was really cool

about this interaction is it's cemented for me once again the relationship between these deeper issues,

like this woman's codependency and her relationship in the past her husband, but now her

kids and her own drinking issues, right?

So people think of CODA around sex addiction or Al-Anon around alcohol and drug addictions
