And today's episode is our spring reset. Maybe it's a little bit early. I know it's not spring just yet.

But we've had daylight savings and we've sprung forward with the time.

And it's definitely feeling a lot warmer here in Toronto finally.

I definitely feel like spring is on the horizon.

So I thought, what better timing than, or what better time rather to do our spring reset episode? You guys know I love doing these at the start

of every new season. We go over our habits, mindsets, routines, kind of things that I'm focusing,

shifting my attention to, maybe moving a little bit different as the seasons change. I feel like

more or less my bread and butter is very much the same but maybe those little intricacies of the

seasonal impacts or implications change things throughout the year so kind of going to go through

all of that it's a little bit fun a little bit more in depth kind of like a mix of the two things

and I'll also be talking about some of my current faves and things that I'm loving

right now and things that I'm excited to have in the springtime this year. But let's get right

into it. Let's talk about our habits. I've been in such a good routine. Mine is this past week

of cooking. I want to say like 90% of my meals at home and I have been feeling honestly so much better since doing this. I know

really really just like totally normal and I guess expected. Obviously you're going to feel better

cooking meals at home versus making them to go or sorry getting meals like as takeout through

Uber Eads, DoorDash, Postmates, whatever it is,

or eating at restaurants.

Even if you're making a healthy choice out, food made at home by you is always going to just

feel better.

And I have really just fallen back in love with cooking truly.
