Welcome to another episode of The Homestretch w/Adrian Durant, where we meet and have conversations with some of the most inspiring and elite athletes, coaches and sports personalities. Our today's guest, Renny Quow is a Trinidadian male track and field sprinter who represented Trinidad and Tobago in many international track & field events including World Indoor Championships, IAAF World Relays, Commonwealth Games and World Championships where he won Bronze and Silver medals at Berlin and Beijing respectively.
In this interview with Renny Quow we talk about his fantastic career as an athlete. Renny shares about how his early days were like and when he got into track & field. He talks about his time at South Plains College where he became the most successful quarter miler in the college's history. Renny is truly an elite athlete; he has medalled in every major junior/senior championships outside the Olympic Games making him the most decorated 400m runner to come out of Trinidad & Tobago. We also talk about how Renny was able to succeed as an athlete and his plans for the future.
