0:54.7	Yeah, it's a pleasure to have you. So how about you get us started by telling us a little bit about
0:58.7	yourself and what you do? Sure, I will. So I've been the provost and vice president for
1:05.7	academic affairs at Menlo College, a liberal arts college in Atherton, California. And it has primarily business
1:13.6	majors and psychology is a great place. I've been there for the last two plus years. And, you know,
1:20.0	we are certainly dealing with all the pandemic issues and going online. And that's been a big
1:26.4	part of what we've been doing there.
1:27.9	Prior to that, I was with your alma mater, the Ohio State University,
1:32.9	Morris College of Law and worked on the project called the Divided Community Project.
1:38.0	And that was really focused on dealing with the polarization that's been going on the country.
