Before we start, find a safe space in which to sit or lie down. This meditation is aimed at helping you sleep,

so your bed is ideal an ideal space in which to meditate but if you would like to sit in a chair. That's also suitable. Before we start, declutter and bring comfort to this space you have chosen.
