So typically we focused on new

TV and there isn't really much going on with new horror TV in the first quarter of 2026. So we thought,

why not go back to a classic? Yeah. And I guess the idea is hopefully that Carrie miniseries will be

premiering this year because got to get to link the flanagan

of it all right my god yes i mean we already know that he's wrapped filming so bring it on bring

it on but yeah so joe i said this is a rewatch for both of us i was correct in that statement right

you are correct although i will confess I started this later than everyone else.

So I remember this being an out-of-the-box hit when it debuted on Netflix.

Of course, it's a binge model.

So people could of course steamroll their way through all 10 episodes of this.

And I decided to take my time.

I wasn't available to watch it when it first dropped.

So I think I didn't really start watching it until around the time people were talking about the finale.

So it was a weird, almost like watching from the outside experience for me where I anticipated it was going to be really scary.

People seemed to be connecting with the characters.

And then I was like pressing play on episode one and people were complaining about the finale.

Oh, okay. Yeah. I do remember like vaguely people being upset with the finale. I mean, the benefit of covering this, oh my God, seven years after it premiered, which it seems like such a long time ago, but then also seven years

in the grand scheme of things isn't that long of a time. So he's really turned out a lot of
