Today on the Grave Talks, we continue our conversation about the Haunted 1861 Masonic Lodge with owner Jill Shelley.

Now, have you gotten any good stories from people who have had an experience there?

We did just have one that really just sticks out of mine is as i remember there was a gal

that she said she had come into the lodge and she just walked by and there was a woman's on her

hands and knees scrubbing the floor she said hello the lady said hello she walked into the kitchen

and she started talking to the other ladies that were there and she just says says, well, hey, who's out there mopping the floors?

And they're like, there's no money out there mopping the floors.

Of course, they go out there and there's nobody there.

And it was that real.

Yeah, because she even spoke to the ladies.

So she just thought, oh, my gosh, you know.

So, yeah, so just, yeah, that was cool.

We've had some people take some pictures of like a green mist outside the building at some

point.

Yeah, it's just that that's just kind of what I've been hearing, you know.

Also, they tell me stories of other buildings in town that are haunted.

So I'm sure there's a, it's an old town.

So I'm sure they got a lot of things going on in the whole area.

Yeah, because I was reading about the town itself.

And because I thought Keithsburg was such a weird name.

And it's, so I looked it up.

And it was like from established in the 1830s
