A night drive through the English countryside

with a friend turns into an experience that neither of them will ever forget. These were

lanes they knew well, lanes they'd driven hundreds of times without a second thought. But on this

night something was different. A feeling of dread hit so hard it froze

them both in place, like an unspoken warning to stay away. It wasn't just the sense of being watched.

No, it was much more than that. Because moments later something appeared in the road, a glowing,

headless figure, arms raised and opposed too strange

to be real.

But it was there.

And it wasn't just one of them who saw it.

This is a story about fear, about those rare gut-wrenching moments when you know you're
