It's time for us to go a little bit deeper into our

year-end reflection as we tune in to 2024 so that we can leave this year behind us feeling ready

to move on. Today, since we're going into our deepening on a Thursday, I want to talk about

the hardest lesson that you were forced

to learn this year. Unfortunately, and maybe fortunately, we have to and get to learn really hard

lessons every single year. Even if you've had an amazing year, you have had some hardship. Some things have been

difficult. You've been through some heavy moments, maybe some heavy cycles. There's been those

things that just came your way that were completely unexpected and maybe heartbreaking. You have

navigated hardship this year, even if the year overall was a really magical one.

Perhaps you're in the camp of it wasn't a magical year at all, and all this year brought me was

hardship.

What I want to focus on today is some major lesson or learning that you can sit here today

at the end of the year actually feeling alive and
