Results are only one side of the coin. The process that it takes to achieve something is what really matters.

When we set our large vision we need to break it down to daily activates. Our daily routine is what creates our frequency. We we learn to do our daily activates with love then we will be in a loving vibration. This is not only how we create abundance, but also maintain a positive mindset and make the world a better place.

This is how we cover both sides of the coin. You cannot be whole without both. Then the true gift is being able to give it away!

breath. This is so important. We're going to have a lot of intention behind this breath. And we're

going to imagine that we're surrounded by a healing positive energy. And when we breathe this energy

in, it's going to loosen up all the negativity,

anything that's been holding us down, anything that's been holding us back, any kind of regret,

any kind of lack, all of that will be loosened up.

And when we breathe out, we're going to be left feeling at ease and in a more positive mindset.
