Summary
Our thought matter, but even more importantly is when we apply them! As we go through the day we're taking on vibrations from our surroundings.
Examples would be taking on the frequencies of someone that was running late, so they're they're putting on that hurried energy. Or on the positive side they are having a great day, so they're putting out happy energy. No matter what it is, if we are not setting our own intentions then we are victim to those frequencies.

And when you breathe out, you're going to be left feeling at ease. You're going to feel lighter. You're going to be able to breathe easier and in a more positive mindset. So let's go ahead and just imagine for a minute that you're surrounded by that positive light. |
