So we are heading in to the second week of the full week of the experiment.

And it's been phenomenal.

I know so many people are following along.

It's fantastic to see the hashtags on Instagram and mentions on Facebook.

I just love seeing what people are doing with their time in nature every day.

I mean, a lot of people have said,

I started out by kind of aiming for 10 minutes and realized that that wasn't going to be enough.

So now I'm doing an hour.

Or someone commented that they were worried that they wouldn't find anything beautiful

in their suburb, their Australian

suburb. And then she posted the photo of this gorgeous gum tree. Yeah, no. And it's just been

really nice to see the way people have sort of grabbed it and run with it. A lot of people in the UK

who have just had a huge snowstorm a few days ago were all kind of saying, I wasn't going to get out because it was cold because it was

snowy, but here I am outdoors.

Kids are playing, building snowmen, whatever.

There seems to be a lot of joy around it, which makes me so happy.

Yeah.

Because that's my overwhelming feeling about this experiment and spending time outdoors is
