Yeah, so we're heading into week three, end of week two. And it's honestly been amazing.

It has. I'm so enjoying. This week's been pretty special for our outdoor adventures, I think. It really, there's been a few wondrous and awe-inspiring moments.

Yeah. I want to hear about those because I think this is the week for me that things have started to really come together and I've found myself craving my time outdoors.

I mean, I've always, I've understood it the last couple of weeks and I've enjoyed it.

But some days, not going to lie, there's been that internal monologue that's like, yeah, you should go, but it's so cozy, but it's so nice inside.

But one day won't hurt, which is true.

But what I've found is that consistent effort over the past couple of weeks's held me in really good stead this week.

It's been really beyond enjoyable.

Yeah, and it's highlighted for me how irritable you get when you don't get outside.

Yep, that is also uncomfortably true.

I do find myself getting very agitated when I don't get...

As the day progresses and you're like, oh, hang on a minute.

Yeah, and I think it's also, for me, it's also a combination of often I go walking alone.

And so it's not only being outdoors, enjoying the elements, you know, doing all the things that we've spoken about the last three weeks.

But it's also, yeah, like a double whammy of just quiet time.

Like we were talking about last week, time for my brain to do its thing.

And while I can still, I think I can absolutely still do that to some extent when I've got

company, it's not the same for me. Do you feel like that?
