0:34.4	B word that's coming up, which is Brexit. And one of the things that sellers need to make sure is that
0:40.3	they've got an additional fulfillment centre or an opportunity for another warehouse in Europe.
0:46.3	Well, we're pleased to announce that we have a warehouse in Netherlands,
0:51.3	we have a warehouse in Germany, But I want to focus this one on
0:55.0	Netherlands, because why should you choose Netherlands? Well, the first thing to say with Netherlands
1:00.4	is that it is the gateway to Europe. If you go on to Google Maps and look at other maps
1:07.0	are available, and you look at Netherlands as a whole, you will see more warehouses per

1:19.2	And there's no getting away from there's a very good reason for that.
