story then, my friend. Yeah, fantastic. Well, our business started seven years ago with the idea that

we wanted to make living flexible. And we felt that as, you know, multifamily owners ourselves,

we saw people moving in and moving out a lot and thought that there's got to be a

better way to live. Can't they just stay forever? Yeah, that's the thing. And it's, interestingly

enough, my partner, Bill, is far more clever than I am. And he had this vision of like, well,

what if we just had a network of furnished apartments everywhere that had your vacuum and your

tithepods and your hangers and you

just brought your clothes. I, not as smart in the Midwest, just started putting storage units

and garages into every building that I was developing. And we found that people wouldn't leave

as much, you know, the more junk they put in, the longer they stayed. But we were both trying

to combat this opportunity. And we started with this network, the idea that we'll just furnish the units.
