Today's 10-minute walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent.

Hi, I'm Dave. Let's go for a walk. I don't know if you can hear. I'm going to stop for a moment.

Can you hear the rain? It is a rainy morning in Myrtle Beach. I have an umbrella tucked in my back pocket.

And at the moment the rain's not hard enough, and I'm not sure which direction this is going to go.

When I left the house, checked the forecast, knew the rain was a possibility,

but also knew that we were coming to the end of the system that was causing the rain.

Although at the moment, it actually feels like it's coming down just a little bit harder.

probably frequently, or at least more than once. I don't know if that's the definition of

motivated me to look for opportunities to walk.
