Today's time in a walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent.

Hi, I'm Dave. Let's go for a walk. I want to read for you a comment from Michelle.

0:13.0

I've always been a walker. Walking a mile to grade school, a mile back home for lunch.

1:25.6

1:31.6

although I do have a memory of getting to school with my rain boots

1:38.1

and taking my feet out of the boots and forgetting to bring shoes.

1:43.7

All I had were slippers.

1:46.0

We wore the slippers inside my rain boots,

1:48.4

so the entire day at school I was in my slippers.

1:51.7

But I have zero memory of mom or dad
