I don't know about you, but as I get older, one of the things that I can feel is less energy. I'm 64 years old and I don't have as much energy. I don't feel like I have as much

energy as I did at 44 or at 24. Some days that less energy factor is a little more intense than other days.

But this whole energy drain, and that's really kind of putting it in the negative,

is it's a real thing as we get older.

lose energy producing engines in the cells mitochondria we also lose muscle mass

resulting in fewer cells fewer mitochondria if you're too tired to be active it

compounds the problem by further weakening and shrinking muscles.

So that's the biological reason why we don't feel like we have as much energy as we did when we were younger.

As we get older, illness can become a bigger part of our lives, and there are a lot of
