That's the phrase that John Brennan, the former director of the CIA, uses to describe

his own outbursts of explosive Irish temper, something well known to his colleagues, but

usually, though not always, hidden from public view.

That set Brennan off in this instance was President Trump's gloating over the firing

of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, somebody that President perceived as a deep-state

enemy.

When the full extent of your vinyality, moral, turpitude, and political corruption becomes

known, wrote Brennan on Twitter, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue

in the dustbin of history.

Now Brennan is written a book, undaunted, in which he lays out his case against President

Trump, while at the same time offering a colorful and revealing account of his 25-year career

at the CIA as tenure as President Obama's Homeland Security Advisor and later as Director

of the Spy Agency.
