Maybe for you you're thinking about a relationship in your life and you're thinking,

You might even think about the way you're parenting. Is it sustainable? Is it

concept you may or may not be familiar with of non-attachment. It's a pivotal concept in yoga and meditation. And what it has to do with is

living in harmony and living a more balanced lifestyle. Now I know

that word balance can seem unattainable because we're always in flux. But that is the point of

balance. You're working towards not veering to one extreme or the other. And what can happen when you are pursuing

your goals and you're wanting to enhance your lifestyle,

you can find yourself attached to, so not letting go of, an idea or a concept that may actually not be in your best interest.

And sometimes when we start something, we have this need to finish it, to become relentless
