What is going on everybody? Welcome back to the Mind Over Mac grows

podcast. As always I am your host Mike Milner and first I have to apologize for

the delay in between episodes.

I was on a quick vacation for the past five days and no excuses.

That's really not long enough for me to go almost two weeks between

episodes but I'm using it as an excuse so you'll have to just trust me on that

one anyway I was in key Largo with my girlfriend Mel and we had a little five-day

getaway which was a little bit different. Just traveling right now, Definitely a unique experience.

The resort was really nice and everybody was wearing masks

and there was like

unsafe or anything like that. I think they did an amazing job of just keeping

everything clean. The gym, which was not much of a gym it was actually like an outdoor

kind of like fitness tiki hut which was kind of cool but you had to reserve the time

so like we were the only ones in there like we reserved hour you could either do 30 minutes or an hour and then they would have somebody come in and clean up everything so they were well prepared you could tell that like it was different for the

staff as well just wearing masks all the time and sanitizer all over the place but obviously

necessary right now but that's not the whole

the whole episode topic.

I did want to talk a little bit about

what vacation looked like from a fitness standpoint because this is something that I think

gets confusing for a lot of people and a lot of times we mishandle it and this is not just unique to vacation but it's an important

conversation to have because my girlfriend and I you know we get comments and I think

that it's interesting because I used to be the person that would give comments.
