| 0:19.0 | And I'm delighted to be continuing to explore together the five aggregates, |
| 0:28.0 | teaching this important teaching by the Buddha, the five condas, the five heaps, |
| 0:37.0 | five constituents of our experience. |
| 0:42.0 | That our experience, the way we perceive, the way we feel the world are in the world, |
| 0:51.0 | know ourselves as being human and our experience of reality is really made up of these five constituents, |
| 0:58.0 | nothing else. So it's quite profound, quite profound. |
| 1:03.0 | And by bringing awareness to these aspects, we become more awake in as to how this is made, |
| 1:11.0 | how this sketched out of our experience, this happens often unconsciously. |
| 1:19.0 | So we discussed our Rupa first day, Rupa body the first day. |
| 1:26.0 | And the second day we explored, read enough or feeling tone, pleasant and pleasant neutral. |
| 1:35.0 | And today we're going to spend more time with recognition, perception, Sanya. |
| 1:41.0 | And before we move to Sanya, there was a question in chat that I noticed afterwards, |
| 1:48.0 | that I wanted to address regarding Vedina that came up yesterday. |
| 1:54.0 | So there was a question, and this actually comes up for a lot of practice. |
| 1:58.0 | And so I appreciate the question coming in that sometimes it feels like the feeling tone, |
| 2:05.0 | pleasant unpleasant or neither pleasant or unpleasant, but usually these two pleasant unpleasant seem very strong, |
| 2:12.0 | seem very intense and sometimes they they feel mild. |
| 2:20.0 | So is that different? Is that what's what's up with that? |
