| 0:33.0 | So today we continue exploring with the third of the five aggregates. |
| 0:43.0 | Sanya, S-A-N-N-A in Pali, Sanya, which often translates as perception or recognition. |
| 0:52.0 | And what an important constituent of our experience to really become aware of and turn towards and really see. |
| 1:05.0 | So I'll say more about it when we turn to the dharma and for now let's practice together. |
| 1:17.0 | I'd you to find a posture that is comfortable for you, whether you are sitting, |
| 1:31.0 | lying down or standing in this moment in time. |
| 1:41.0 | The posture that is both comfortable and has a sense of integrity. |
| 1:53.0 | Allowing the muscles to be relaxed as relaxed as possible. |
| 2:03.0 | And allowing the uprightness of the spine, if you are sitting, to really come from your sit bones, |
| 2:15.0 | from a supported base that is relaxed and well rooted, |
| 2:24.0 | and allowing yourself to be held up as if by an invisible force as if there was a magnet, |
| 2:33.0 | a very gentle magnet pulling up. |
| 2:38.0 | The top of your head ever so gently, you can let go and relax any effort. |
| 2:51.0 | Relaxing any effort. |
| 3:01.0 | And being in the flow of both, feeling present, |
| 3:16.0 | engaged in your posture, the posture of your body, the posture of your mind, |
| 3:25.0 | the posture of your mind also, be engaged with this practice, not with thinking, planning, past, future. |
