The abuse of a young child is an incredibly hard story to hear.

On June 10th, 2011, a woman was resentenced for a crime committed against a boy who only got to live on

this planet for three short years. So if you like your coffee hot with your bones chilled,

sit back and start your day with a morning cup of murder. On the morning of November 12th, 1990, in Miami Beach, employees for the Florida Power and Light Company neared some bushes and made a grisly discovery.

Lying there so emaciated he appeared almost skeletal was the small body of a very young boy.

With a bruised right eye, wearing blue gym shorts over a soil diaper wrapped multiple times with black packaging tape, the body weighed

only about 18 pounds, half the weight of a healthy child in his age bracket.

Taken in for an autopsy, the body was so badly beaten that it was almost impossible to identify him.

So, because of the shirt he was wearing when found, the young boy was given the nickname Baby Lollipops.

Going further, the autopsy found that baby Lollipops suffered from a fresh tear to his corpus colossum as a result of a head injury that occurred days or just hours before he died.

A skull fracture was his official cause of death, later determined to come from a baseball bat,
