And if you're new here, I myself have lost 125 pounds.

Took me two and a half years to do it.

Did it all natural, no weight loss surgery, no fat diets. I ate all the foods I loved, but I did have to make some changes in my life, but I got to keep the things that were the most important to me. You know, I had done those fat diets like going keto, done one of those starvation diets, you know, where a doctor gives you shakes, tells you your fat and you're going to die. And if you don't change us right away and they give you appetite suppressants and have you eating 800 calories a day, all in the name of making you thin and healthy. Yeah, I did that too. Totally didn't work. Have you done any of those? Have you done any of these fad diets or these quick fix diets? Or you're only trying to lose weight?

Well, after I got my act together, decided I'm sick and tired to be in sick and tired,

and after I decided I just couldn't do this anymore, it started changing.

Slowly, so slowly, so slowly. But it worked.

And here I am, years later, weight is off, kept it off,

because you would never in your mind let yourself consider it because why could you why would you? You've never got the weight off and kept it off before. So now is the time. The time is now. And this week I want to give you if you're in the starting line, I want to give you 10, 10 things to do to get started on a weight loss journey. If you were at the ground zero, ready to go, Chris, I'm ready to do this. What do I need to do? Where do I need to start? This is the podcast episode for you.
