Courage, dedication, and service.

Yesterday I was with some friends Kurt and Tim Harlan right here in Jacksonville, Wyoming,

and Tim, who's a firefighter, handed me this coin as kind of a moment of our friendship.

Like, hey man, I want you to have this.

And I looked down at it and I was like, courage, dedication, and service.

And he said, this is the code for what it means to be a fireman in this town.

And I was like, that's more than a code.

That could be a code for everybody, courage, the ability to pick up the phone

to take the action, to shoot the video.

Think about how important courage is for what you and I do every single day.

The more courage we have, the more likely we are to take the risk, to take the action.

We all experience the fear, but it's the courage to move beyond the fear, to make the phone call.

And that second word is service.

And we talked about so much that our incomes and direct correlations to the value that we deliver the marketplace.

It's the value that we deliver, it's the service, it's going the extra mile.

It's surprising and gliding our clients.

It's really like that ultimate level of commitment.
