I'm your host, Corey Musgara, and in today's episode,

we're going to talk about that feeling of being behind in life and why it's not

actually true.

First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells. Okay. Okay, so I'd like to start by just sharing something that I wrote recently and then I'll expound on it.

And the writing was, there is no being behind in life. There is only where you are

on the path you're creating moment by moment. The only way to be behind is to be behind

someone walking the same path as you. No one is walking the same path as you.

So notice this walking the same path as you.

So notice this for yourself.

If there's a feeling of being in complete alignment with where you're supposed to be,

if there's a feeling of being ahead of where you're supposed to be,

or if there's the often familiar feeling

for many people of being behind where you feel like you're

supposed to be and that feeling of being behind is often evaluated through the lens of what others are doing,

what we perceive we should be doing in relationship to the rest of the world.

A journey we see of someone else maybe walking what appears to be a similar path as

us and they're doing it so much quicker or at a younger age or more

effectively they're doing exactly what we wanted to do. And once we start assessing the world around us in this way,

it can really be easy to feel like,
