| 1:07.0 | There's a coziness, and all of it is inspiring this savoring idea in the context of mindfulness. Now, savoring and mindfulness are two technically |

| 1:26.9 | Mindfulness has more of this bare attention, quality of awareness that we're bringing to the moment. |
