This is the movement of the Holy Family.

Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

Today we celebrate the baptism of Jesus, at the end of which a voice was heard from heaven saying, This is my beloved son with whom I am well pleased.

God the father loves his son not because of anything the son has done.

In fact, this is the beginning of the public ministry of Jesus.

He hasn't really done anything yet.

However, the father expresses his delight in his son because he wants his son to exist,

and he thinks his son makes the world a better place just by being in it.

And that is precisely what the love of God means.

But this truth applies also to you.

Whatever God wants to exist, he also delights in.

He approves of.

If he did not, then it would cease to exist. It's that simple. So, do you exist? Yes.

Then God delights. Do you? Yes.

Then God delights in you.

Our Father who art in heaven, hollow would be your name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us as day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
