0:57.5	I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and my mom, when I was a kid, used to love to drive around the rich neighborhoods.

1:09.0	And when I was growing up in Cleveland, a big house
1:12.1	was like a $300,000 house.
1:14.5	And it was a big city in the 50s,
1:17.8	and then the factories went out of business,
1:19.8	and everybody moved out of the city.

1:22.9	in these big houses and this big infrastructure,
1:25.3	but very low property values.
