Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging just about 21,000 steps a day. I am

walking right now and would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes or so. It is a typical

They were talking, they were laughing. Grandma was setting the pace and

2:22.3

every now and then she would turn around to see how her son or daughter and granddaughter

were doing, not in an exasperated, let's go, but more just checking.

two generations could catch on.

2:50.3

It was just, it was fun to watch them. And they were on the

other side of the lake from me, walking on a paved trail that I walk on all the time. In fact,

two days earlier, I had a very similar experience.
